At Outlaw Intentions LLC we strive to do everything in our power to go above and beyond to meet your needs and ensure you have a wonderful experience. If for some reason we have not achieved that please call/email and talk with us we would love to learn and grow with your help!
Returns
You may return damaged or defective merchandise within 10 days of the original purchase date. If there is a damaged item we will refund a store credit or replace it with a similar product of the same value.
In order to return a product you must call in or send us an email. 662-292-7162 or shop@outlawintentionsperformance.com. We will provide return instructions at that point.
- Returns must be packaged securely in an outer carton. Write only on the outer shipping carton.
- Returnable items must be received by Outlaw Intentions LLC within 14 days of the product being received by you the customer. (calculated by shipping company tracking info)
- Returned product must be in new, resell-able condition. NO EXCEPTIONS
- Once we receive the return item, all returns will be inspected, and then at our sole discretion, credit or replacement will be issued.
- Original shipping charges will not be refunded. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges unless the mistake is ours then we will cover return shipping.
- ALL CANCELLED ORDERS ARE SUBJECT TO 3% CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEE. If you need to make changes to your order for any reason, please reach out to us via email BEFORE cancelling an order.

Please do not ship product back until you have sent us an email about your return.
